Dr. Stephanie Austin is so pleased to join the London Lambeth Medical Clinic.  After undergraduate studies at the University of Waterloo, she obtained her Masters of Science in Epidemiology and Biostatistics from Western University.  She went on to complete her medical school and residency through the Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry, with brief pauses to welcome three children during these years.  Her research interests have been focused on helping patients create a healthy lifestyle, specifically through exercise and nutrition in the setting of cardiac rehabilitation.  She has also researched genetic factors that influence health.  She is passionate about family medicine, and looking forward to meeting you.

Dr. Rachel Bevan is a family physician. She has an interest in palliative care and care of the elderly. Prior to entering medicine, she completed a PhD in Computer Science at McGill University, focusing on statistical analysis and modelling of genetic data. She subsequently earned her medical degree at the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry, University of Western Ontario.

Dr. Bevan believes that a well-connected and integrated electronic health record is key to increasing effectiveness of the health care system as a whole. She became an OntarioMD Board Member to use her combined knowledge, skills and experience in information technology and family medicine to drive EMR optimization at a provincial level.

Dr. Bevan also has valuable experience with EMR data migration and has been an EMR data migration consultant for TELUS Health. This experience has given her a keen understanding of the need for relevant digital innovation to improve certified EMRs and with this need in mind, she has contributed to the design of specifications for the OntarioMD EMR Physician Dashboard

Dr. Tania Bhanji is a  Family Physician with a focussed practice in Dermatology.  Dr. Bhanji completed her Bachelor’s, Master’s and Medical training with Distinction at McGill University.  She graduated from the Family Medicine program at Western University, and thereafter obtained her Diploma in Practical Dermatology with Distinction from Cardiff University.  Dr. Bhanji is an Adjunct Faculty Member in the Department of Family Medicine and part takes in education of Medical Students and Residents throughout the year.  Dr. Bhanji is the Medical Director of Skin Disorders Clinic and aesthetics clinic, PureSkin Dermatology. 

Dr. Bhanji is passionate about educating future physicians, nurses, her patients and colleagues, with a special interest in skin disorders.  She is fluent in English, French, Gujrati and Urdu.  

In her spare time, Dr. Bhanji enjoys an active lifestyle with her husband and 2 boys. 

Dr. Elia is a family physician from London, Ontario, and is an adjunct professor in the Department of Family Medicine at Western University. He attended Western University for both medical school and residency. His undergraduate degree was in Life Sciences at Queen’s University in Kingston. 

He currently works as a Peer Leader with OntarioMD, assisting other physicians with their electronic medical records. He also sits on various provincial committees including the Patient Medical Home Advisory Group with the Ontario College of Family Physicians, the Primary Care Practice Report Working Group with Health Quality Ontario, and the Digital Health Immunization Repository Clinical Advisory Working Group. 

He is a tortured fan of the Cleveland Indians, Toronto Maple Leafs, Toronto Raptors and New York Jets.

Dr. Lauren Gurland completed medical school and family medicine residency training at Western University. She joined the London Lambeth Medical Clinic as a family physician in 2019. She is passionate about preventive health and maintaining a well rounded family practice. She has an interest in palliative care, practicing in the hospice and community settings. She also works at the city's first Postnatal Wellness Clinic to provide medical and breastfeeding support to mothers and newly delivered babies without primary care. She loves reading, checking out local restaurants, and relaxing with her family.  

Dr. Lauren Kolecki (formerly Villemaire) completed her undergraduate degree at Western University with specialization in Medical Biophysics. During those years she devoted a lot of time to research in the field of medical imaging. She went on to complete medical school at Western and graduated in 2015. Early into medical school it became apparent to Lauren that primary care was the best fit for her. She was pleased to have the opportunity to complete her residency training in Family Medicine at Western in the London Regional program. Dr. Kolecki started her practice at the London Lambeth Medical Clinic in April 2018 and provides care to patients from cradle to grave. 

Dr. Kolecki grew up in the town of Tecumseh, near Windsor, Ontario and has called London her home since she started her post-secondary education at Western. She values time with her young family and enjoys being outdoors, trying new foods and travelling.

Dr. Lin-Pepe is a family physician from London, Ontario. She graduated from medical school at Western University and completed residency in 2016. She then pursued her fellowship in Academic Family Medicine at Western University and is currently completing her Master of Clinical Science in Family Medicine, with a research focus in professional identity formation among family physicians. She also has a special interest in skin disorders and is completing the Diploma of Practical Dermatology from Cardiff University, UK.

She works alongside her wonderful husband, Dr. Pepe, and is excited to provide care for their patients and families. Outside of medicine, Dr. Lin-Pepe enjoys spending time with her family, is an enthusiastic cook, and an avid reader.

Dr Pepe is a family physician from London, Ontario. He completed medical school and residency at Western University. His undergraduate degree was an Honours Specialization in Medical Sciences at Western University. He enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, travelling, and woodworking.

Dr Pepe is married to Dr Lin-Pepe whom he shares a practice with and is excited to work with Dr Lin-Pepe to care for patients and their families.

He is passionate about educating patients, medical students, and residents and is currently completed a Masters of Clinical Science in Family Medicine through Western University. He and his team are always eager to teach patients through an educational initiative known as Teach&Learn Family Medicine.

Dr. Perrier looks forward to building a family practice at the London Lambeth Medical Clinic. After completing a master’s degree in Genetic Counselling at McGill University and practicing for two years at the Familial Oncology Program at Kingston General Hospital, Dr. Perrier returned to her hometown of London to attend medical school at The Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry.  She completed residency training in Strathroy through Schulich’s London Regional Program, where she learned to practice comprehensive family medicine. 

She is passionate about caring for individuals and families throughout the life cycle, and has particular interests in preventive medicine and women’s health.  She is also passionate about education and plans to supervise medical students and residents in the future.  Outside of medicine, she enjoys engaging in a range of physical activities, and spending time with family and friends.

 Adriana Pietrzak is a family physician in London, Ontario. Prior to entering medicine, Dr. Pietrzak completed a BMSc Honours Specialization in Physiology and Pharmacology. She then went on to complete her medical training at Western University and residency in Family Medicine at the University of Calgary. She remains connected with Western University and has assumed the role of Adjunct Professor in the Department of Family Medicine in which she mentors both medical students and residents within the clinical setting.

Dr. Pietrzak is passionate about comprehensive evidence based patient care and has a special interest in women’s health and preventative care. Outside of medicine, Dr. Pietrzak enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and spending time outdoors.

Dr. Stephanie Solcz is excited to officially join the London Lambeth Medical Clinic as a family physician.  Many existing patients of the clinic have met her already as she has been a locum physician in the clinic for the past two years.  She completed her medical training and Family Medicine residency at Western University.  Prior to her medical education, she completed her Masters and PhD in Cognitive Psychology at the University of Waterloo, where she studied the psychology of decision making and cognitive biases.  In her Family Medicine practice, Dr. Solcz values preventative care and wellness and is motivated to stay up to date on evidence-based medicine.  When she is not practicing medicine, she enjoys spending time with her young family and pets, fitness, and exploring new hobbies.
